CERF Incorporated is a diversified equipment rentals and waste management company providing services to the oil and natural gas drilling and production sector as well as to the industrial, commercial and residential construction sectors in Central and Northern Alberta and British Columbia. Our strategy is to provide the needed capital for our managed group of companies to grow and operate to their highest potential while maintaining their customer-focused cultures that made them successful.  As a company we endeavor to grow both organically and through complementary acquisitions.

CERF Incorporated has two operating divisions; industrials and energy services. The industrial division proudly operates under the banners of two well established companies, 4-Way Equipment Rentals Corp. and MCL Waste Systems and Environmental Inc.  4-Way provides rental, sales and service of residential, commercial and industrial construction-related equipment.  MCL is a waste management business that consists of bottom up waste facility management including waste facility design and construction, recycling management and collection.  A division of MCL's waste management service provides customers with waste removal and disposal for commercial, industrial and residential customers under the name of The Bin Company. These operations are located in Edmonton and Wetaskiwn, Alberta.

The energy services division operates under TRAC Energy Services Ltd. and provides wellsite accommodations, surface drilling, heavy weight drill pipe and production equipment rentals to the Western Canadian oil and natural gas industry.  These operations are located in Leduc, Alberta with field operations in Grande Prairie Alberta and Estevan Sask.

CERF distributes a portion of its available cashflow on a quarterly basis in the form of a dividend. For the past five years, CERF has consistently provided a $0.24/share annual dividend.
